Motivational Success Story Of Jeff Bezos - From Flipping Burgers To Richest Man In the World

One of the Best Motivational Videos for Success.

As a child He spent his summers on his grandparents' ranch where he did all kinds of chores. He helped fix windmills, vaccinate cattle and many other things.

During High School he also worked at McDonald's. He worked at the back, flipping burgers . But that was not the only thing he learned. This job gave him the opportunity to learn everything he can about customer service, working under pressure and the value of being a good manager.

"You can learn responsibility in any job if you take it seriously. You learn a lot as a teenager working at McDonald's. It's different from what you learn in school. Don't underestimate the value of that ."

At school He was an excellent student, so after finishing high school he enrolled in College to become a theoretical physicist. But things were not going well for him, he couldn't keep up with other students and had a really hard time doing algebra. Even though he was a smart young man, it was just too difficult for him. One time he Unsuccessfully spent 3 hours on a Math problem, only to have it solved by a college student in 1 minute. In that moment he realized that he was never going to become a great theoretical physicist. So he made a lifetime decision to switch his major to computer science.

In the early 90's when the internet was rising fast, he saw it as an opportunity that he just couldn't pass. So he quit his high paying job to sell books online. he had a vision of building a gigantic digital bookstore named Amazon. And the company started form his garage. In 1999, Amazon.com became a multibillion-dollar corporation and Jeff Bezos became "Person of the Year".

Amazon initially started as an online marketplace for books but later expanded to sell almost anything that can cross your mind.
And today, Jeff Bezos is officially the richest person in the world.

Motivational Success Story Of Michael Jordan - How He Beat Rejection and Became The Best

When Michael Jordan was only 15, he was like every other kid in the gym who dreamed of becoming the greatest basketball player. But his dream was crushed when he was cut from the High school basketball team because he wasn't tall enough. The team needed someone taller, so his close friend got in and Michael's name was not on the list.
He was embarrassed and devastated from this decision. So he went home, closed the door and cried for hours.
But as it turns out, that rejection gave Michael Jordan the motivation and Will Power to become the best. That rejection launched his successful basketball career.
"I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying."

The following summer, he grew 4 inches (10 cm) and trained harder than everyone else. Michael Jordan decided that nothing will stop him. He decided that failure and rejection won't discourage him and won't get in the way of his dream.
"Whenever I was working out and got tired and figured I ought to stop, I'd close my eyes and see that list in the locker room without my name on it." "That usually got me going again."
His hard work paid off. That year he made the team and instantly became their best player.

And as we know, Michael Jordan became one of the greatest basketball players of all time. He became a legend. His professional basketball career is really fascinating and one of a kind. It included 6 NBA championships, 14 All-Star Games, two Olympic gold medals. His NBA records are unreachable.

In a faraway village, lives a hardworking farmer who has grape fields. Year after year his grapery gives rich harvest, and the farmer becomes very successful. He has three sons, who are young and energetic but never bother to work. As the farmer grows old, he begins to worry about his sons’ future.

Then he falls very ill and realizes his death is fast approaching. He calls the sons and tells them,
“Dear sons, I see my death nearing me, but before I bid goodbye to all of you, I want to share a secret. There is a treasure hidden under the fields. Dig the entire field after my death, to find it.”

The old farmer dies, and his sons perform the last rites. The sons begin to dig for the treasure without leaving any part of the field but find nothing. However, their digging of the field leads to a healthy crop and results in huge earnings. These earnings make the sons realize what their father meant.

Moral Of The Story:
Hard work always pays off. Fruits of hard work are always sweet whether or not they are in the form you desire.
