MEMORISE
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap (Galatians 6:7).
READ:
Galatians 6:7-10
[6]. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
[8]. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.
[9]. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
[10]. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.
EXPOSITION
In our journey of faith, we may sometimes be tempted to compromise our integrity in pursuit of our desires. We may think that we can outsmart God, or manipulate circumstances to our advantage. However, God cannot be cheated. The Bible reminds us that we reap what we sow. Every action, decision and word has consequences. Whether good or bad, choices have ripple effects that ultimately reflect in our lives.
Attempting to deceive God is trying to deceive the very Source of truth and righteousness. He sees through our façade and discerns the motives of our hearts, no matter how cleverly we scheme. Instead of seeking to deceive Him, walk in honesty and integrity. Sow seeds of righteousness, knowing that He is just and faithful to honour His promises. May we trust in His perfect timing and provision, knowing that He sees and knows all things. Amen.
As you go out today, remember that God cannot be cheated. Align your heart with His will and live in obedience, trusting that He is working all things together for your good and His glory.
PRAYER POINTS
1. Pray for wisdom to always align with God's will.
2. Ask for forgiveness of your past attempts to deceive God.

CAC GHB: 279
1. O Lord, have mercy and forgive
Spare the soul that to Thee renew
Great is Thy mercy upon us
Sinner cannot cling unto Thee.
2. My sins are many, but they can't
Exceed the pow'r of Thy goodness
Your greatness is unlimited
So, likewise let us see Thy love.
3. Wash the sin in my heart away
And my guilt soul, wash it away
The fear is just within my heart
My sin now displease me O Lord.
4. With shame I now confess my sins
Sins to Thy commands and goodness
If Thy judgment to me is giv'n
I am guilty, and Thou art right.
5. If judgment quickly take my life
I'll justify Thee at death's point
If I am sent to be destroyed
It is right in Thy face, o Lord.
6. The trembling sinners, O Lord save
Whose hope flutter and live in fear
If thou shalt see sweet promises
To descend on Him in His word.
Amen.
