In this video we are going to convert our bicycle to an electric bike by using brushless motor.

This homemade electric bike can cross 60 km/h with a range of 20km on a single charge. The bicycle is powered by a brushless motor that we took from an old hoverboard. The motor is connected to the rear wheel using chain.

To power the motor we have used a 3kw BLDC motor controller and for the battery pack we have designed and built our own lithium ion battery packs.

Best Superbikes sounds on the streets! Sport bikes emphasize top speed, angry acceleration, braking, handling and grip on paved roads, typically at the expense of comfort and fuel economy in comparison to less specialized motorcycles.
Because of this, there are certain design elements that most motorcycles of this type will share. Sport bikes have comparatively high performance engines resting inside a lightweight frame. Inline-four engines dominate the sport bike category, with V-twins having a significant presence, and nearly every other engine configuration appearing in small numbers at one time or another.[1] The combination of these elements helps maintain structural integrity and chassis rigidity.[1] Braking systems combine higher performance brake pads and multi-piston calipers that clamp onto oversized vented rotors.[1] Suspension systems are advanced in terms of adjustments and materials for increased stability and durability.[1] Most sport bikes have fairings, often completely enclosing the engine, and windscreens that effectively deflect the air at very high speeds, or at least reduce overall drag.

In this video, I show you how to make a rechargeable electric bike(Bicycle) using 12-36v dc motor (775motor). To make the bike more powerful, you can use the bike starter motor instead of the 775 motor. I used cylindrical wood to connect the engine shaft to the two-way tire. You can use anything with your creativity.
Also, to make this electric bike more powerful, use two 12-volt batteries and stack them together to bring the voltage to 24 volts.

I used these accessories to make this e-bike:
DC 775 motor
12V rechargeable lead Acid battery
Push Button On Off Switch

It does require a little bit of upkeep and maintenance. In this video, I put together a 4-stroke bike engine kit and then compare it to the 2-stroke bike engine kit. We test top speed, ease of use, noise, amount of exhaust smoke, and several other things. I purchased the kit from Amazon for $189. Don’t forget that the best thing to do in the case of motor or battery failures is to take your bike to an e-bike specialist bike shop. If your motor is still within the warranty period then return it to the manufacturer for a replacement, or a qualified specialist will follow these steps with the Bosch Service Repair Kit to make your motor like new again.

Hidden motors are big news in cycling. We now know that they have been used in at least one race. And, we suspect that they offer a huge advantage to those riders who use them. We got our hands on one to find out how feasible it is to use one, what the bike actually feels like, and, finally, whether they can turn a donkey (2016 Dan) into a racehorse (2011 Dan).
