The former Chairperson of the EFF, Advocate Dali Mpofu, has joined the uMkhonto weSizwe Party.
Mpofu joined what was once the third largest party upon its formation in 2013 and served as the Chairperson of the Red Berets for five years from 2014.
Mpofu's departure marks another blow for the EFF following former Deputy President Floyd Shivambu's surprise move to the almost one-year-old MK Party.
Mpofu has represented the official opposition in several legal matters in his capacity as Senior Counsel.
Speaking to the SABC in an exclusive interview, Mpofu says he believes the MK Party is the only vehicle to achieve unity and emancipation.

Generally the earlier the baby is born, the higher is the risk of complications. That means in layman language, those babies who are born before 32 weeks of pregnancy, they have chance of developing complications more there are short term complications that might be aberrant during pregnancy and they can be handled very well in a tertiary care setup with the proper NICU care. But there are long term complications that are apparent only after the baby is discharged. The most common of one of the problem is cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy involves the brain of the baby. There is a permanent injury to the brain of the baby. The baby can manifest with abnormal muscle movements what abnormal postures the other problem can be with hearing. It is seen that hearing loss is very common due to the premature delivery because of the improper development of the hearing system of the baby. Some babies can also present with vision problems this happens because of the retinopathies of the prematurity. Retina is a very important part of the eye of any individual. Because of the prematurity of that retina, sometimes there are chances of premature separation of retina, which is known as retinal detachment. That sudden loss of vision in the babies. Most important thing that parents have to keep track is the impaired learning in these babies and the delayed development of milestone. So this is commonly seen and they might require certain amount of care to handle these difficulties. Other problem with decreased immunity is their immunity is not fully developed as a full term infants. So definitely chances of getting opportunistic infections like asthma or because of decreased immunity, more chances of infections are there. Then feeding problems, sudden infant death syndrome has been seen in these babies. So parents have to be counseled regarding the long term complications in these babies.

15 Tips To Being AN OUTSTANDING Emcee (Event Host)
For those who don’t know me, I have been an event emcee for the past few years, and have risen to become the world’s #1 live seminar event emcee. And I love what I do!
I have shared the stage with Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Les Brown, Brian Tracy, Rachel Hollis, and others.
Through my experience (and some mistakes), I have learned how to become a great event emcee. I want to share those lessons with you today in the form of 15 tips that will help you succeed.
And oh yeah, just a quick heads up that (as you probably noticed), I'll be using the two different spellings, "MC (short for Master of Ceremonies)" & "Emcee", interchangeably - since they're both accurate.
15 Tips to Become a great Event Emcee
There are many different kinds of emcees: wedding MC, seminar MC, trade show MC, product launch MC, awards MC, and so much more!
No matter what type of emcee you’re aspiring to be, these following tips will help give you a leg up on the competition.
1. Do your homework on the event
Before you meet or interview with your prospective client, you should absolutely do homework on the client and event first. Look at their website and the event page, past testimonials, their Facebook community, and whatever resource is available to you.
2. ALWAYS REMEMBER, it’s not about YOU... it's about THE EVENT!
3. Come with more energy than the room, but not so much that you blow them out of the water
My rule of thumb is to set my energy 2 levels above wherever the room is and then gradually build it up.
4. Dress the part
As an emcee, you should be the best-dressed person at the entire event.
5. Arrive early & make sure you do soundcheck, feel the stage, and envision yourself interacting with the audience
There’s a famous Vince Lombardi quote that goes, “If you’re on time, you’re late.” You should take this to heart as an emcee.
6. Mix with the crowd beforehand (call out the fun people)
The hardest part of every event is the first time you get on stage. To help overcome that first obstacle, I intermingle with the crowd beforehand.
7. Script your opening!!
Like I said, the most challenging part of an event is the first time you step on the stage. In those opening minutes, it’s up to you to set the tone and set the expectations for the event. So, I strongly suggest you script your opening.
8. Talk to the speakers beforehand if possible
If possible, talk to the speakers beforehand. Some speakers try to just hand you their bio, but that’s not good enough.
9. Be Confident, have fun, and own your mess-ups
One time I said accelerate your sex when I meant to say "accelerate your success"... I owned the mistake and it added to the fun.
10. You’re an emcee – not a comedian
You’re not there to do a set, you’re there to help the event.
11. Work Even When You’re Not on Stage
It’s okay to take a break when you’re not on stage, but you should still consider yourself on the clock.
12. Have fillers (to kill time)
It’s not uncommon for technical difficulties or other hiccups to occur during an event. When they do, it’s your job to keep the audience engaged and their energy level up.
13. Be there for the event host
Ask, “What can I do to make things easier for you?"
14. End as strong as you started
Leave the audience with something uplifting and inspirational, whether it’s a success story, an uplifting anecdote, or thoughtful encouragement.
15. BE AUTHENTIC!!!

The Enola Gay is a Boeing B-29 Superfortress bomber, named after Enola Gay Tibbets, the mother of the pilot, Colonel Paul Tibbets. On 6 August 1945, piloted by Tibbets and Robert A. Lewis during the final stages of World War II, it became the first aircraft to drop an atomic bomb in warfare. The bomb, code-named "Little Boy", was targeted at the city of Hiroshima, Japan, and caused the destruction of about three quarters of the city. Enola Gay participated in the second nuclear attack as the weather reconnaissance aircraft for the primary target of Kokura. Clouds and drifting smoke resulted in a secondary target, Nagasaki, being bombed instead.
After the war, the Enola Gay returned to the United States, where it was operated from Roswell Army Air Field, New Mexico. In May 1946, it was flown to Kwajalein for the Operation Crossroads nuclear tests in the Pacific, but was not chosen to make the test drop at Bikini Atoll. Later that year it was transferred to the Smithsonian Institution, and spent many years parked at air bases exposed to the weather and souvenir hunters, before being disassembled and transported to the Smithsonian's storage facility in Maryland, in 1961.
On 5 August 1945, during preparation for the first atomic mission, Tibbets assumed command of the aircraft and named it after his mother, Enola Gay Tibbets, who, in turn, had been named for the heroine of a novel.
In the early morning hours, just prior to the 6 August mission, Tibbets had a young Army Air Forces maintenance man, Private Nelson Miller, paint the name just under the pilot's window. Regularly-assigned aircraft commander Robert Lewis was unhappy to be displaced by Tibbets for this important mission, and became furious when he arrived at the aircraft on the morning of 6 August to see it painted with the now-famous nose art.
Hiroshima was the primary target of the first nuclear bombing mission on 6 August, with Kokura and Nagasaki as alternative targets. Enola Gay, piloted by Tibbets, took off from North Field, in the Northern Mariana Islands, about six hours' flight time from Japan, accompanied by two other B-29s.

Enola Gay's crew on 6 August 1945, consisted of 12 men. The crew was:

First Lieutenant Jacob Beser – radar countermeasures (also the only man to fly on both of the nuclear bombing aircraft.[35])
Second Lieutenant Morris R. Jeppson – assistant weaponeer
Staff Sergeant Robert "Bob" Caron – tail gunner*
Staff Sergeant Wyatt E. Duzenbury – flight engineer*
Sergeant Joe S. Stiborik – radar operator*
Sergeant Robert H. Shumard – assistant flight engineer*
Private First Class Richard H. Nelson – VHF radio operator*
