The viral milky doughnuts is a business that I hold dear to me. From measurements, kneading, moulding, proofing, frying, to filling is so so easy when you understand the process.
This recipe will yield 13 pieces of doughnuts
Recipe in grams
500g All purpose flour
15g instant dry yeast
250mls room temperature water
60g granulated white sugar
50g margarine or butter
2 medium sized eggs
Recipe in cups
4 cups All purpose flour
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
1 cup room temperature water
4 tablespoons granulated white sugar
2-3 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 medium sized eggs
Recipe for first milk filling recipe
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup condensed milk
1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
Recipe for the second milk cream which is more stable and whiter in color
1/2 cup powdered whipped cream
1/8 cup chilled/cold water
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Others
Dry rub for warm donuts
1/2 cup powdered milk
2 tablespoons sugar
Others
Vegetable oil
You can knead by 3 methods
By hands
By stand mixer
By food processor
Note:
1. Kneaded dough was cut into 75g each
2. Doughnuts should be proofed for 30-45 minutes to avoid deflation during frying
3. Doughnuts should float on oil and not sink to the bottom of the pan
4. Coat Donuts with milk mixture while itโs still warm
5. Fill donuts only when itโs completely cold

This is by far one of the healthiest Pap recipes you can find . It is so easy to make yet deliciously flavorful.
All you need is
Millet
Guinea corn
Dry ginger
Negro pepper
Cloves
Chilli pepper (quantity of the spices you use depends on how spicy you want the paprika to be)
Donot discard the fermented pap water . It can be use for so many other stuffs . Watch out for my next video on how i use the fermented pap water ๐ #chefamors

Recipe inspiration @prohomecooks
Infused stock
4 cups chicken stock
whites of 2 green onions
root ends of 2 bok choy
1 inch ginger knob sliced
Miso broth
2 skin on chicken thighs de-boned
2 Tbsp ginger minced
3 Tbsp white miso paste
Your infused chicken stock
Topping
soft boiled eggs
green onions
your cooked chicken
blanched bok choy
Instructions
To you chicken stock add ginger, green onion and bok choy ends. You can also add the bone from your chicken thighs if desired. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
In a cold pot add chicken, skin side down and turn on the heat to medium. Begin to render the fat and once the skin is crispy, flip over and cook on the other side until golden brown and crispy. Once fully cooked, remove from pan and add ginger and cook until lightly browned. Then remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Next add miso paste and cook for about 2 minutes. Then slowly add your broth. Once you've added all of your stock, taste for seasoning and keep warm, but don't boil.
Bring a small pot of water to a rolling boil. Gently add 2 eggs and simmer for exactly 7 minutes. Remove and plunge into ice water to halt the cooking. In the same water add bok choy and cook for until wilted. Then remove and set aside.
Cook ramen noodles to packaged directions and strain when done.
To assemble your ramen bowl, add your miso broth, your noodles, one of your halved eggs, sliced green onions and sliced chicken. Top with a spinkle of your fried ginger.

Mutton Malai Handi is a delightful and flavorful dish thatโs popular in North India and Pakistan. Itโs traditionally cooked in a special clay pot called a Handi, but you can also prepare it in a regular pan. Hereโs how you can make it:
Mutton Malai handi Ingredients & Process:
Oil : 1/3 cup
Cardamom: 2-3,Cinnamon: 1,Black pepper: 6-7,Cloves: 5-6,Bay leaf: 1
Onion : 2 medium size
Mutton : 500 gram
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Water : 2 cup
Now cover it and cook it in pressure cooker for 12 to 15 minutes
Nestle MilkPak Yogurt : 1 cup
Cashew nuts paste: 13 nuts
Green chili paste : 1 tbsp
Yogurt mixture
White chili : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Now cover it and cook it on low medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes
Garam masala powder : 1/4 tsp

Macros per wrap
347 Calories - 38g protein / 24g carbs / 11g fat
Ingredients (for 3-4 Spicy Wraps)
- 600g Chicken Breast cut into strips (100g cooked chicken per wrap)
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Paprika

- Low Calorie Tortilla Wraps ( Brand: Mission Wraps)
- Shredded Lettuce

- 100g Fat Free Yogurt
- 20g Sriracha
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced

- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper

Chinese style steamed ๐ฅ Recipe-ish:
- Use 2:1 warm water to egg volume
- Add chicken bouillon powder and salt
- Mix hella hard
- Strain into a wide flat bowl
- Remove bubbles from surface with a spoon
- Cover w heat safe cling film, poke holes
- Steam on medium-low for ~14 min for 3 eggs (that's what I did)
- Top with soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion

This has to be one of the best chicken & rice recipes, so much flavor, the perfect balance of sweet, spicy & savoury!
Macros per serve (4 total)
452 Calories | 40g Protein | 51g Carbs | 10g Fat
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 700g Cubed Chicken Breast
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tap Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 30g Cornflour (Brand: Tesco)
For the Glaze
- 50ml Light Soy sauce mixed with 50ml Water (total 100ml)
- 25g Honey
- 40g Gochujang Paste (Brand: Haepyo can find this on Amazon - you can substitute this for Tomato paste mixed with sriracha if you canโt gind gochujang)
Pickled Cucumbers (can be stored separately)
- Thinly sliced Cucumber
- 20ml Light Soy Sauce (Brand: Lee Kum Kee)
- 10ml Rice Vinegar
- OPTIONAL Chilli Flakes (can be really spicy, skip this if needed)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Important cooking notes
- When coating the chicken with cornflour makes sure itโs well coated. Or you can skip the cornflour all together if you donโt have it
- When making the glaze, add the ingredients on low heat then keep stirring till it starts to bubble lightly then let it reduce for 3-4 mins. It should thicken
- You can store the cucumbers separately and warm up the meal prep without them. Better served cold
