Here's how to make the viral baked oats from TikTok!
Ingredients
โธ ยฝ cup rolled or quick oats
โธ ยผ cup unsweetened almond milk
โธ ยฝ ripe banana
โธ 1 egg (can omit)
โธ 1 Tablespoon maple syrup (I used monkfruit maple syrup)
โธ 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
โธ ยผ teaspoon baking powder
โธ Pinch of cinnamon
โธ Pinch of sea salt
โธ 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips (I used Lilyโs)
optional toppings: more peanut butter for drizzling, extra maple syrup and a splash of milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
2. Blend: Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a blender and blend until fully combined. Stir in 1-2 Tablespoons of chocolate chips.
3. Bake: Pour batter into greased baking dish or ramekin. Top with extra chocolate chips and bake at 350ยฐF for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
4. Serve: Let cool, top with an extra drizzle of peanut butter, maple syrup and a splash of milk and dive in.

Healthy Delicious Salmon Bowl! 594 calories per serving with 42g of protein / 48g carbs / 26g fat
One of my favourite ways of eating salmon, packed with flavour, so filling, easy to make and perfect for a quick healthy lunch or dinner๐ฅ
For the salmon:
โข 350-400g raw skinless salmon (cut into cubes for 2 servings)
โข 1 tbsp garlic (fresh or powder)
โข 1 tsp chilli flakes
โข 1 tsp paprika
โข 1 tbsp light & dark soy sauce
โข 15-20g honey
โข 1/2 lemon juice
Mix till each piece is well coated
Cook salmon on medium-low heat for 2-3 mins each side till golden brown
Cucumber salad:
โข 1/2 cucumber cut into slices
โข 1-2 tbsp light soy sauce
โข 1/2 tsp garlic
โข 1/2 tsp chilli flakes or paprika (depends if you want it spicy)
โข 1 tsp rice vinegar of lemon juice
Serve with:
โข 100g cooked jasmine rice per serving(200g for 2 servings)
โข Cucumber salad
โข Sliced carrot
โข Sliced red onion
โข 50g avocado per serving (100g for 2 servings)
โข Spicy lemon mayo (light mayo, sriracha & lemon juice)
โข Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds

โถ๏ธ QUINOA RECIPE INGREDIENTS: (4 Servings approx.)
๐ To Cook Quinoa:
1 Cup / 200g Quinoa (Soaked for 30 minutes / Strained)
1+1/2 Cup / 350ml Water
๐ Other Ingredients:
1 +1/2 Cup / 225g Cucumber - cut into small pieces
1 Cup / 150g Red Bell Pepper - cut in small cubes
1 Cup / 100g Purple Cabbage - Shredded
3/4 Cup / 100g Red Onion - chopped
1/2 Cup / 25g Green Onion - chopped
1/2 Cup / 25g Parsley - chopped
90g Toasted Walnuts (which is 1 cup Walnut haves but when chopped it becomes 3/4 cup)
๐ SALAD DRESSING: (Adjust the ingredients of the salad dressing to your liking)
1+1/2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste OR TO TASTE
2 Tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses OR TO TASTE
1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice OR TO TASTE
1+1/2 Tablespoon Maple syrup OR TO TASTE
3+1/2 to 4 Tablespoon Olive Oil (I have added organic cold pressed olive oil)
Salt to Taste (I have added 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt)
1/8 to 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
โถ๏ธ METHOD:
Thoroughly rinse quinoa until the water runs clear. The soak for 30 minutes. Once soaked strain throughly and transfer to a small pot. Add water, cover and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the quinoa is cooked. DO NOT LET THE QUINOA GET MUSHY. As soon as the quinoa is cooked, immediately transfer it to a large mixing bowl and spread it out evenly and allow it to cool down completely.
Transfer the walnuts to a pan and toast it on the stove for 2 to 3 minutes while switching between medium to medium-low heat. Once toasted REMOVE FROM HEAT IMMEDIATELY and transfer to a plate, spread it out and allow it to cool down.
To prepare the dressing add tomato paste, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, maple syrup, ground cumin, salt, cayenne pepper and olive oil to a small bowl. Mix thoroughly.
๐ ADJUST THE LEMON JUICE AND MAPLE SYRUP in the salad dressing TO YOUR TASTE
By now the quinoa would have cooled down, if not, wait till it completely cools down. Stir the dressing again to make sure everything is well incorporated. ADD THE DRESSING TO THE QUINOA and mix well. Then add the bell pepper, purple cabbage, cucumber, red onion, green onion, parsley, toasted walnuts and give it a gentle mix. Serve.

Honey Lemon Chicken Meal Prep
Thereโs no reason to eat plain chicken & rice when you can make this incredibly easy and delicious recipe. One of my favourite meal preps!
Macros per serving (4 servings total)
415 calories - 40g protein | 44g carbs | 8g fat
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
For the Chicken
- 700g Cubed Raw Chicken Breast
- 20ml Light & Dark Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking
- 10-15g Honey
For the Rice
- 480g Cooked Basmati Rice (120g per serve)
- 1 Red Onion finely sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 15ml Dark Soy Sauce
- 10g Honey
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- Garnish Green Onion

Method:
Wash the ladyfingers & pat them dry using a clean towel & place them below a fan for 4-5 minutes so that they dry completely.
Cut the tops & bottoms of the ladyfingers & make a slit in the center where the stuffing will be filled, prep all the bhindi similarly.
To make the stuffing, set a small pan over high heat & let it get hot, then turn down the flame to low & add the gram flour.
Cook the gram flour over low flame for 3-4 minutes while stirring it continuously & then transfer it into a bowl.
Further add carom seeds, crushed fennel seeds, all the powdered spices, salt & mustard oil into the bowl & stir well using a for or a spoon.
The filling should bind slightly when pressed between fingers.
Fill the prepped ladyfingers with this filling & also apply it on the outside.
Set a kadhai over high heat & add the mustard oil, let the oil heat up until it starts smoking then lower the flame let the oil cool down slightly.
Add cumin seeds, carom seeds, asafoetida, the stuffed bhindi & stir well.
Further add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt & stir well.
Cover the kadhai & cook over low flame until the bhindi gets cooked, keep stirring at 2-3 minutes intervals so that it cooks evenly.
Once the bhindi is cooked, remove the lid & set the flame to high, cook it while stirring for 2-3 minutes so that the excess moisture evaporates.
Lastly ad fresh coriander & lemon juice, stir well.
Your delicious, lip-smacking bharwan bhindi is ready.

๐ฆ๐บ SHALLOW-FRIED BACKFLIP ABALONE: Clean and pound abalone. Rinse and pat dry. Coat with breadcrumb mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add abalone and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Mix soy sauce and minced garlic for sauce. Cut cooked abalone into small pieces and wrap each piece in a lettuce leaf. Serve with sauce for dipping.
๐ฆ๐บTASMANIAN ROCK LOBSTER ROLL: Grill halved Tasmanian rock lobster tails for 5-7 minutes. Mix tangy dressing, salt, and pepper for dressing. Chop cooked lobster. Spread cream cheese and chive on toasted bread rolls. Layer lettuce, chopped lobster, and drizzle with tangy dressing.

๐ฆ๐บCHILLED TASMANIAN SOUTHERN ROCK LOBSTER WITH MURES LIME AND CORIANDER AIOLI: Fill pot with water, vinegar, and sugar. Tag lobster to comply. Boil lobster for 20-30 mins until red. Cool in ice-filled bowl. Cut in half. Serve chilled with Mures Aioli.
๐ฆ๐บMAKO SHARK FISH AND CHIPS: Take the Mako Shark belly cut for the best portion. Mix plain flour, self-raising flour, dock cider, salt, pepper, tarragon, and fresh dill in a bowl. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Coat the Mako Shark fillet in plain flour, then dip in batter mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel. Serve with side salad dressed with lemon juice, salt, and olive oil.
๐ฆ๐บPAN-SEARED TASMANIAN BLUE-EYED TREVALLA: Cut Trevalla fillet. Melt butter, add caragan. Sear fillet, basting with butter. Pour butter and bake. Sautรฉ asparagus in water, add salt, butter, and lime. Sautรฉ spinach. Make lemon tarragon sauce with diced caragan. Plate spinach, asparagus, sauce. Add salmon caviar and olive oil. Serve pan-seared Trevalla on veggies with cracker.

Rs.100 for the entire day seemed like an interesting challenge to take up, so I went ahead and did it. Apart from the traffic in Bangalore, it has some brilliant food and weather to offer.

I went to Asha Tiffins for Breakfast at HSR Layout and I was surprised to see how clean the place was and at the same time, affordable. The Kharabath was good but what really impressed me was the value for money the place has to offer.
For lunch, after a lot of roaming around, I stumbled upon Anapoorneshwari Kitchen in Koramangla, as I was a little late, they had run out of Roti/Chapathi and some other dishes but I was lucky to get some South Indian Meals/ Curries and Rice along with some Papad. They also gave me Rs.5 discount, hehe :D
I overslept in the evening and woke up in time for dinner. I drove around in the rain, in a lot of traffic for a long time, and finally found a small cart called Yashvir Kitchen in Indira Nagar. The Egg Fried Rice was extremely tasty. Then I walked into an Indian Sweet shop nearby and sampled free dessert shamelessly.
Finally, I bought some Meeta Paan for the remaining Rs.15 and called it a day. I definitely value Rs.100 much more now and Iโm grateful for the city of Bangalore which has so much to offer!

๐ฑ๐งMANIKESH: Take the dough and put it in the machine to portion it. Flatten it a bit, then place it in the machine to totally flatten it. Rub Zatar on top (mix thyme, black and white sesame, and olive oil). Place in oven to cook.

OPERATION HOURS: Every day from 7 AM till 3 PM (except on Friday)
๐ฑ๐งMA3JOUKA: Mix white cheese and semolina and kneed it. Cut it and roll it in powdered sugar. Add to Lebanese bread.
๐ฑ๐งMOGHRABIEH: On the grill, add semolina balls, add chickpeas and chopped white onion. Add salt and Indian pepper. Grill. Add in Lebanese bread.

๐ฑ๐งHALAWET EL JEBN (CHEESE DOUGH WRAPPED IN CREAM): In a large pot, combine water and white cheese, knead until it sticks. Drain excess water. Add syrup, fresh water, semolina, and rose water. Mix in the cheese and more semolina gradually. Stretch and mix, adding some original water. Continue with semolina, turn off the heat, and mix. Transfer to a circular tray, spread, and fold with syrup. Cool, then cut into squares.

๐ฑ๐งKEBAB ORFALI (MIX BEEF AND SHEEP MEAT): Add salt, red, green, and yellow pepper. Mix.
๐ฑ๐งKIBBEH: Minced lamb meat mixed with minced cow meat. Add bulgur and spices mix and place on skewers.
๐ฑ๐งFALAFEL: Create a falafel ball from the mixture of ground chickpeas. Deep-fry for a few seconds.

๐ฑ๐งLAMB SHAWARMA: Slice off the lamb from the lamb spit, having it land in the khobz (the bread). Add pickled vegetables and tahini. Wrap up and enjoy.
