Azerbaijan Fish Farm is the largest investor in the fish industry in Azerbaijan. Projects of the company are aimed at creating new fish farms, producing quality fish products and restoration of the biodiversity of the Caspian Sea.
Azerbaijan Fish Farm comprises of four large-scale projects. These are: a sturgeon breeding farm in the village of Yenikend (Neftechala district) and a flow-through farm on the shore of the Caspian Sea, an aquaculture farm for trout and Caspian salmon breeding in Zaqatala, Mingechevir and Gabala districts, production and sale of black caviar under the brand name Baku Caviar.

Azerbaijan Fish Farm has initiated a program of releasing sturgeon fingerlings into the Caspian Sea for every jar of Baku Caviar sold. This program is being successfully implemented, which actively contributes to the replenishment of the sturgeon population in the Caspian Sea.
