BREAKING: Multiple blasts heard in Beirut as Israel 'targets Hezbollah central command'

Thick clouds of smoke can be seen rising from the Lebanese capital after multiple explosions were heard, according to witnesses from Reuters news agency.

The Israeli military has claimed it targeted Hezbollah central command in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
