Hope you’ve enjoyed your holidays! I’m back with another cover/strings test of a Fred Hammond Funky Favorite! Please note: the goal was to just play the song. Working on ‘groove’ and ‘feel’. Sometimes it’s ok to just lay back and make the song feel good without doing too much! Took some tips from one of my favorites (Maurice Fitzgerald) on this song. He's like the king of the funky vamp!
