Following the announcement by Tim Douglass on 30th that London Central location pastors had resigned, with an explanation to follow, Tim spoke this message at the 5PM Hillsong UK service on 6th February 2022 with a theme of "Do not be Afraid, Do not be Discouraged" in the context of "Hillsong church transitioning from one thing to another."

Part 1, an excerpt from Tim's at the 45min onwards point of the service (full message https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmLBeeMG_TQ ) in context to the issues that attendees maybe facing including the media scrutiny that Hillsong are experiencing in the last 2 years, following discussing phobias he then discusses things that might be cause people to have anxiety:
1. Maybe its COVID kicking back off again and locking down your business or your social structure.
2. Maybe if you are an introvert maybe its that COVID won't lock you down and give you a place for rest.
3. Maybe its something more serious, maybe its:
- another year of being lonely
- another year of being single
- another year of a stale marriage, a dysfunctional one
- some children of yours wayward from God, going through some tough times right now
- your debt, it's increasing and it seems you are never going to get on top of it.
- a doctor's report, you are waiting for results and it's putting so much fear in your life, your hear
4. We have nothing to faith, but have have in 2022 and the year ahead

Part 2, an excerpt from Tim's at the 45min onwards point of the servicen (full message https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmLBeeMG_TQ ) in context to the issues that attendees maybe facing including the media scrutiny that Hillsong are experiencing in the last 2 years, Tim urges Hillsong UK to be unified by:
1. It's time for us to stick together
2. It's time for us to be unified
3. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways (James 1:8 KJV)
4. Let's not become an unstable church
5. Let's not become a divided church
6. Unity is not uniformity
7. Unity is not everyone looking, sounding, acting and dressing the same, no, that's weird
