2 Corinthians 10:3-5

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

Delusion is when someone believes in a lie more than the truth. Not believing in God is a delusion because there is so much evidence that shows the existence of God.
