Hello everyone, welcome to SA Today. On 18 July 2024, we will start today's video with a fuel tanker on fire on the R59 between Parys and Vredefort in South Africa. The R59 road was still closed at 17h00. We watch the donkeys at the Dassiefontein Farmstall near Caledon. Then, stand on the pavilion and drive towards the Point in Durban. We visit the roller rink at the Pearls Mall in Umhlanga. In addition, a honey badger was spotted on patrol in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. Get ready for some wet weather in Cape Town, the Winelands, and also the Overberg as another cold front moves in. Scattered showers are expected, so make sure to have your umbrella handy! On the coastal area of South Africa, there is a warning for damaging wind and waves that could make navigation at sea quite challenging. This is expected to occur between Saldanha Bay and Plettenberg Bay from this afternoon into Saturday.
