Hello Fam, In this video here , I thought of preparing my best meal. Local chicken stew served with ugali and 'Managu' .'Managu' is a Kenyan Traditional vegetable loved by many because of its taste and health benefits, Its locally available. and considered in any special occasions as one of the traditional recipes. in modern life they do it in s different style thus not overboiling to maintain its green color, but for this I did it the traditional way ,by boiling till it browns and adding milk to it and some taste of ghee as well. For the Native chicken believe me the taste and the feeling of eating chicken makes it complete n then I serve it with brown 'Ugali'.
