Amazing Exercise To Loosen Up Your Ankles - James Payne
Doing bass drum exercises are great to develop technique, but sometimes you have to step a little further to be able to also coordinate your hands freely on top of your bass drum patterns and this exercise aims exactly at doing that, as always, in the most efficient way possible. Playing Paradiddles with your feet is not only a great exercise to loosen up your ankles and to work on controlling the spacing between the notes, but is also a great independence exercise that will improve your coordination a lot!
