Baby Swimming Underwater Down Turn Around

I’ve spent most of my life teaching babies to swim. Many people have been asking how did the baby in the video become so comfortable swimming underwater and return to the side of the pool? In this video we go through the steps it takes to reach that ability level and the amount of practice time it took Lulu and her teacher to become confident enough to conduct this training method.

Being mindful we only encourage a safe, happy and enjoyable learning environment through our swim teaching philosophy. We would never just throw a child in the water or force submersion. The video you are seeing has taken place with training from birth and the result of several lesson's a week from birth.
