As a teenage boy, Joseph's life was full of dreams of what he was destined to become. He saw himself as a leader in his family although he was among the youngest. However, Joseph faced unprecedented opposition to becoming who God created him to be. His dreams had to survive several assassination attempts, he would face rejection, become familiar with loneliness, and fight and overcome internal struggles before arriving at his desired place of influence.
The lessons learned along the way would not only serve to shape his character but would become the waymarks needed to position him to occupy the seat of authority.
The dream you have is God-given and waits for an appointed time, but like any appointment, one is required to move from their current position to reach their desired destination.
