Notes:
Salvador was called "São Salvador" during the colonial period, but I preferred to keep it as "Salvador" for better understanding.
Belém was called "Santa Maria de Béthlem" during the colonial period, but I preferred to keep it as "Santa Maria de Belém" for better understanding.
Portugal joined Spain in 1580, but I decided to make it only in 1581
I made a mistake in 1720 in Maranhão/Piauí
