potatoes - 500 g (17.64 oz)
carrot - 300 g (10.6 oz)
olive oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
butter - 20 g (0.7 oz)
onion - 100 g (3.5 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic - 4 cloves
parsley - 20 g (0.7 oz)
for the sauce:
honey - 90 g (3 oz)
sweet chili sauce - 100 g (3.5 oz)
soy sauce - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
lemon juice - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
mustard - 20 g (0.7 oz)
Over low fire 3 min
Tray diameter 26 cm (10.24 in)
IN THE OVEN 200 °C (392 °F)/25 minutes
for the salad:
cucumbers - 100 g (3.5 oz)
lettuce leaves - 100 g (3.5 oz)
mozzarella - 100 g (3.5 oz)
