Ingredients:
warm milk - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
yeast - 8 g (0.29 oz)
Hydrate the yeast 15 min
flour - 800 g (28.2 oz)
eggs - 1 piece
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
sugar - 40 g (1.4 oz)
warm water - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
TO RAISE 40 minutes
soft butter - 200 g (7 oz)
IN THE FRIDGE 1 H

for pastry cream:
milk - 400 ml (13.5 fl oz)
vanilla flavored pudding powder - 40 g (1.4 oz)
sugar - 50 g (1.76 oz)
raisins - 100 g (3.5 oz)
egg - 1 piece
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
Tray size 32 X 42 cm (16.6 x 12.6 in)

for the coffee:
dark chocolate - 40 g (1.4 oz)
hot milk - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
dark chocolate - 40 g (1.4 oz)
hot coffee - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
whipped cream - 20 g (0.7 oz)
