mushrooms - 300 g (10.6 oz)
lemon juice - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 4 g (0.14 oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE 10 minutes
bacon - 200 g (7 oz)
onion - 2 pieces
Tray size 35 X 25 cm (14 x 10 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/40 minutes
for the sauce:
yogurt - 200 g (7 oz)
mustard - 10 g (0.35 oz)
ketchup - 40 g (1.4 oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
red pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic powder - 5 g (0.18 oz)
pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
