IN THE FREEZER 30 minutes
flour - 250 g (8.8 oz)
eggs - 2 pieces
milk - 250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil to fry - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)

for the sauce:
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
butter - 30 g (1 oz)
onion - 1 piece
garlic - 2 cloves
white wine - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
sweet cooking cream - 300 ml (10.14 fl oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
parsley - 10 g (0.35 oz)
