I actually boarded the train on the narrow Guage line from Iddo to Ebutte Metta station....

Then I had my first visit to the now renamed Mobolaji Johnson station, Yaba, Lagos state, south-west Nigeria...

And yes! We are ready for that train ride like we promised!

We arrived at 6:20am where we were informed that ticket purchase begins at 6:45pm.

It is also important to arrive at the train station at least 30 minutes before departure time. This is to allow you have time to purchase tickets and register.

Ticket purchased, manifesto signed, we were ready to begin our journey to the ancient city of Ibadan, Oyo state south-west Nigeria. We also planned to cover the first international real estate conference and exhibition at university of Ibadan.
