Hello dear YouTube friends. This video is a mini-vlog of how my Fridays look like as a unical student. This Friday was special because I decided to try a popular street food in Calabar called Bolè.
Bolè joint is found almost every where in Calabar. Bolè is made up of roasted plantain( ripe or unripe), with roasted fish or chicken as the protein, then cabbage, utazi leaf and red oil stew.

Believe me when I say that I usually encourage students to cook healthy, nutritious and delicious meals for themselves but this time I had to go for a road side meal because I was too tired to cook for myself.
