Palm oil 1 cup
Ugu or Cocoyam leaves for wrapping
Seasoning
Dried prawns
Crayfish powder
Bonga fish
Ponmo
Meat stock or hot water
Periwinkles (shelled or deshelled)
Chopped ugu for garnish
