liquid cream 33% - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
Ingredients for the cake sponge:
soft butter - 100 g (3.5 oz)
powdered sugar - 50 g (1.76 oz)
vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
flour - 100 g (3.5 oz)
salt - 1 pinch
cold milk - 75 ml (2.53 fl oz)
egg yolks - 4 pieces
Ingredients for the meringue:
egg whites - 4 pieces
sugar - 200 g (7 oz)
almond flakes - 200 g (7 oz)
Tray dimensions: 40 cm x 30 cm (12 in x 16 in)
Baking time: 170°C (337 °F)/20 min
