Excellent device for a milling cutter. Do it yourself and the work will be simplified at times!

Hello friends! In this video, I will show and tell you how to make a simple device for a hand router, with which you can make even circles.
To begin with, we need to prepare a piece of plywood, the dimensions are arbitrary and the length is selected based on your needs. After that, we need to cut a round part, in the center of which we drill a hole.

In a previously prepared piece of plywood, we mill a groove to the required length.

In order for the milling compass to rotate well, I used a piece of plexiglass and a 6 mm bolt. The video shows how this part is installed.

on this fragment, I make the final cuts so that the milling compass looks concise.

Now you need to make a seat for the router. This is done very simply in the video, everything was shown.

note how the milling radius is adjusted.

The peculiarity of my compass is that there is no need to drill a centering hole in the workpiece, and the centering part is glued to double-sided tape.
