2 large Ponmos
Stock fish
2 Dry fish steak - washed and deboned
4 cups Water leaf
6 cups -Ugu
2 small onions
8 Fresh peppers (red and yellow)
1 cup of Palm oil
1 cup Crayfish
2 teaspoons Cameroon pepper
Seasoning cubes.
