Ingredients
For the Meat
- 6 pcs Goat Meat (Chevon)
- 6 pcs Beef Cuts
- 2 large shaki (Cow Skin)
- 3 seasoning cubes
- 1/2 table spoon ground pepper
- 1 onion bulb
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups water
For the Soup
- 1 1/2 cups ground egusi
- 3 large tatashe (chili bell peppers)
- 6 pcs scotch bonnet peppers (atarodo)
- 1 onion bulb
- 1 cooking spoon palm oil (add more if needed)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crayfish
- 1 seasoning cube
- 1/2 table spoon ground pepper
- Pinch of Opeyi (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded vegetable of choice (add more if you prefer)
- Salt to taste
- Water (if needed to adjust consistency of soup)
For the Oat Swallow (Feeds 2 people satisfactorily)
- 2 cups ground oats (oats flour)
- 2 cups water
