I make cakes just with sponge fingers - it is much easier!

Ingredients:
sponge fingers - 150 g (5.3 oz)
powdered sugar - 30 g (1 oz)
cocoa - 30 g (1 oz)
milk - 300 ml (10.14 fl oz)
Cream:
yolks - 5 pieces
sugar - 200 g (7 oz)
corn starch - 50 g (1.76 oz)
milk - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
To cool until it reach the room temperature
soft butter - 250 g (1.76 oz)
To cold 1 hour
sweetened cream - 400 g (14 oz)
grated chocolate - 50 g (1.76 oz)
Shape size 20x30 cm (8x12 in)
To cold 1 hour
