It's all about intensity and effort when you hit the gym. This means being serious and getting things done in the gym, to be able to perform and look good. As an example look at the effort I was putting into these exercises. I earned this level of fitness and wasn't just given to me overnight. The goal of today's workout was to increase speed and power. I believe these techniques are so important for that ultimate physique.
