Glass Minnows, or also known as Anchovy are a delicacy and a very tasty fish. We netted them on the beach and it tastes SO AMAZING! It actually tastes just like calamari the way we prepared it. I have never been one to order Anchovies on my pizza but cooking fresh ones tasted AMAZING! I know I say this all the time but it seriously was one of the best tasting fish because they are so sweet and salty. Not to mention Anchovies are a very historic and healthy fish - and all around the world is considered a delicacy.
