How To Make Healthy Salmon Bowl with 42g Protein! #salmon #recipe #protein
Healthy Delicious Salmon Bowl! 594 calories per serving with 42g of protein / 48g carbs / 26g fat
One of my favourite ways of eating salmon, packed with flavour, so filling, easy to make and perfect for a quick healthy lunch or dinnerđĨ
For the salmon:
âĸ 350-400g raw skinless salmon (cut into cubes for 2 servings)
âĸ 1 tbsp garlic (fresh or powder)
âĸ 1 tsp chilli flakes
âĸ 1 tsp paprika
âĸ 1 tbsp light & dark soy sauce
âĸ 15-20g honey
âĸ 1/2 lemon juice
Mix till each piece is well coated
Cook salmon on medium-low heat for 2-3 mins each side till golden brown
Cucumber salad:
âĸ 1/2 cucumber cut into slices
âĸ 1-2 tbsp light soy sauce
âĸ 1/2 tsp garlic
âĸ 1/2 tsp chilli flakes or paprika (depends if you want it spicy)
âĸ 1 tsp rice vinegar of lemon juice
Serve with:
âĸ 100g cooked jasmine rice per serving(200g for 2 servings)
âĸ Cucumber salad
âĸ Sliced carrot
âĸ Sliced red onion
âĸ 50g avocado per serving (100g for 2 servings)
âĸ Spicy lemon mayo (light mayo, sriracha & lemon juice)
âĸ Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
