Healthy Delicious Salmon Bowl! 594 calories per serving with 42g of protein / 48g carbs / 26g fat

One of my favourite ways of eating salmon, packed with flavour, so filling, easy to make and perfect for a quick healthy lunch or dinner๐Ÿ”ฅ

For the salmon:

โ€ข 350-400g raw skinless salmon (cut into cubes for 2 servings)
โ€ข 1 tbsp garlic (fresh or powder)
โ€ข 1 tsp chilli flakes
โ€ข 1 tsp paprika
โ€ข 1 tbsp light & dark soy sauce
โ€ข 15-20g honey
โ€ข 1/2 lemon juice
Mix till each piece is well coated
Cook salmon on medium-low heat for 2-3 mins each side till golden brown

Cucumber salad:

โ€ข 1/2 cucumber cut into slices
โ€ข 1-2 tbsp light soy sauce
โ€ข 1/2 tsp garlic
โ€ข 1/2 tsp chilli flakes or paprika (depends if you want it spicy)
โ€ข 1 tsp rice vinegar of lemon juice

Serve with:

โ€ข 100g cooked jasmine rice per serving(200g for 2 servings)
โ€ข Cucumber salad
โ€ข Sliced carrot
โ€ข Sliced red onion
โ€ข 50g avocado per serving (100g for 2 servings)
โ€ข Spicy lemon mayo (light mayo, sriracha & lemon juice)
โ€ข Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
