Stubborn belly fat can be extremely irritating. An erroneous lifestyle, unhealthy eating habits, lack of exercise, and high stress levels – all of these give rise to a flabby tummy. You can exercise daily and keep a healthy diet, but sometimes there’s still that last bit of belly fat that your body holds on to. The abdominal fat, in fact, is closely linked to heart diseases, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and even some forms of cancer. Getting rid of belly fat is important because it is one of the most dangerous places in the body to keep the fat. Here are 5 must do yoga asanas to reduce belly fat.

1. Plank Pose (Kumbhakasana)
Plank is a truly foundational pose. It teaches you to hold yourself together like a sturdy wooden plank giving you the power you need for complex poses and the grace to glide with ease through transitions between poses. Plank will build your abdominal strength; you might even find yourself shaking as you practice it. It can strengthen your arms and keep your wrists supple and healthy.

2. Boat Pose (Navasana)
One of the most well-known yoga poses for core strength, Boat Pose — Navasana tones the abdominal muscles while strengthening the low back. Its a good pose for developing overall stamina.

3. Pavanamuktasana
Pavanamuktasana knows as Wind Removing Pose, which is beneficial for Gas Problems and Poor Digestion. It is a yoga pose in which the body is positioned in a supine position. Regular practice of Pavanamuktasana help to stimulate bowel movement which is very necessary for removing waste material.

4. Camel Pose
Camel Pose (Ustrasana) is a backbending yoga posture that opens the entire front side of the body. It is an intermediate level back-bending yoga posture known to open Anahata (Heart chakra). This yoga posture adds flexibility and strength to the body and also helps in improving digestion.

5. Dhanurasana
Dhanurasana or the Bow Pose is one of the 12 basic Hatha Yoga poses. It is also one of the three main back stretching exercises. It gives the entire back a good stretch, thus imparting flexibility as well as strength to the back. This pose is so called because it looks like an archer's bow, the torso and legs representing the body of the bow, and the arms the string.

30 minute chair yoga will leave you feeling great, both relaxed and energized throughout your entire body.

I'm using one 3 pound dumbbell for this workout. You can always use a lighter weight or water bottle, or a can to offer some resistance. Please go at your own pace and if you are unsure of what weight to use please start lighter.

Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

Here are 7 effective yoga poses for women to boost fertility.

Baddha Konasana - Butterfly Pose
Badhakonasana is also popularly known as the Butterfly Pose because of the movement of the legs during the posture, giving the appearance of a butterfly flapping its wings. Targeting primarily the legs, it is the perfect antidote to relax and stretch the muscles of the legs. This yoga pose will relax your body, mind and soul that will comfort your tired feet.

Paschimottanasana - Seated Forward Fold
Paschimottanasana or the Seated Forward Bend pose is a forward bend asana. Paschimottanasana is also known as the Intense Dorsal Stretch pose as it engages the dorsal muscles of the back. 'Paschima' means your 'back' and 'Uttana' means 'stretching'. This asana covers the stretching of the whole body from head to heels so it is called as Paschimottanasna.

Sarvangasana - Shoulder Stand
Sarvangasana or shoulder stand is a yoga pose wherein the whole body is balanced on the shoulders. Sarvangasana influences the functioning of all parts of your body. This asana is highly beneficial in maintaining the mental and physical health and is also referred as ‘Queen of asanas’. In addition to stimulating the thyroid gland, this pose also relieves stress and depression, improves digestion, opens the shoulders and neck, and strengthens your legs, butt, arms, and abs.

Viparita Karani - Legs Up The Wall
The Viparita Karani is a mild inversion and is also called the Inverted Lake Pose. Viparita Karani is known to diminish wrinkles and it can make you look younger. This posture will make your blood flow into various parts of your body that requires it. Viparita Karani is often done at the end of a yoga practice, before the final relaxation pose (Savasana) or meditation.

Bhujangasana - Cobra Pose
The name comes from the Sanskrit words bhujanga meaning 'snake' or 'serpent' and asana meaning 'posture' or 'seat'. From a prone position with palms and legs on the floor, the chest is lifted. Bhujangasana may strengthen the spine, stretch the chest, shoulders, and abdomen, firm the buttocks, and relieve stress and fatigue. Traditional texts say that Bhujangasana increases body heat, destroys disease, and awakens kundalini.

Setu Bandhasana - Bridge Pose
In sanskrit ‘Bridge’ means ‘Setu’, ‘Bandha’ means ‘Lock’ and ‘Asana’ means ‘Pose’. The poses look like the shape of the bridge, so this pose is called as bridge pose. This rejuvenating backbend will open your chest up and keep your spine flexible. Setu Bandhasana will also help to prepare you for more intense backbends. Basically this pose is effective in relaxing the body and reducing stress.

Padahastasana
Padahastasana is a standing forward fold and one of the 12 basic postures of Hatha yoga. This pose's name comes from the Sanskrit pada which means 'foot,' hasta meaning 'hand' and asana meaning a 'seat' or 'posture.'

This gentle and relaxing full body yoga class will take you through mindful movement meant to support your physical + mental healthy by reducing stress. You will be encouraged to move with your breath while staying aware of your bodily sensations. This class is for all levels.

We begin with a gentle flow of child's pose to cobra with a side body and lower back stretch, locust pose to open the shoulders and a seated toe stretch. The sequence continues with downward dog, rag-doll, seated neck stretches, head to knee pose, seated wide legged forward fold, reclined twist and savasana.

You don’t have to go through intense cardio workouts to get the body of your dreams. Try out 12 simple stretches you can do at home to burn fat quickly. Flexibility exercises are also helpful in improving metabolism, blood circulation, and even muscle building. They improve your posture and, thus, even increase your height. You can engage all of your abdominal muscles and even reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. The Warrior pose improves your balance as well. The Bridge is especially known for toning and shaping the buttocks. And no more back pain is a great bonus of this stretch too.
Stretching your inner and outer thighs is key for good flexibility. This pose in particular targets the muscles of your inner thighs and groin. If you aren't very flexible, doing this stretch regularly will change that significantly.
Besides the physical stuff, stretches also have a great effect on your emotional state, helping you deal with depression and stress.
Don't forget to come back to this video at least once a week and do these exercises with us! They have tons of health benefits that will allow you to achieve your dream body within weeks.

-The cobra stretch stretches out your spine and helps promote the growth of cartilage between your vertebrae.
-Seated Torso Twist exercise targets your back, abs, and obliques.

-This exercise is a great workout for your glutes, legs, and abs. It’s especially known for toning and shaping the buttocks.

Some easy basic beginners yoga asanas to practice at home and start your journey towards good health...how does that sound? In this video I share with you few basic yoga poses that can be done by all age groups easily at home and will guarantee good health for everyone.

This is a 12 minute beginners yoga routine where I have focused on the very basic yoga poses keeping in mind beginners who want to go deeper into the realm of yoga. With offices and gyms mostly being closed, these yoga poses will help you strengthen, detox, develop focus all at the same time. Yoga can be done by everyone and it has no preset requirements. You just have to start somewhere and this video will help you to start your yoga journey. Also, this is a follow along video, so grab your mats and let’s do this together!! The hustle of life have become a serious cause of stress and anxiety for most of us. Anxiety is a disorder that sort of instigates fear, worry, apprehension, and nervousness. These emotions further affect how we behave, and if prolonged, they can affect you physically as well. Anxiety is unsettling, and while a mild bout may not have serious repercussions, severe anxiety can have a major impact on our everyday lives. Follow these five yoga poses to get your anxiety under control.


1. Ustrasana
Camel Pose (Ustrasana) is a backbending yoga posture that opens the entire front side of the body. It is an intermediate level back-bending yoga posture known to open Anahata (Heart chakra). This yoga posture adds flexibility and strength to the body and also helps in improving digestion.

2. Setu Bandhasana
In sanskrit ‘Bridge’ means ‘Setu’, ‘Bandha’ means ‘Lock’ and ‘Asana’ means ‘Pose’. The poses look like the shape of the bridge, so this pose is called as bridge pose. This rejuvenating backbend will open your chest up and keep your spine flexible. Setu Bandhasana will also help to prepare you for more intense backbends. Basically this pose is effective in relaxing the body and reducing stress.

3. Baddha Konasana
Badhakonasana is also popularly known as the Butterfly Pose because of the movement of the legs during the posture, giving the appearance of a butterfly flapping its wings. Targeting primarily the legs, it is the perfect antidote to relax and stretch the muscles of the legs. This yoga pose will relax your body, mind and soul that will comfort your tired feet.

4. Uttana Shishosana
The extended puppy pose (uttana shishosana) is a simple beginner level yoga asana that soothes the mind and strengthens the spine. Extended puppy pose is a similar asana to the familiar and restful child’s pose (balasana), but provides a greater stretch to the spine. This asana provides a beneficial stretch to the spine and shoulders, and offers a release to the neck. It is thought to be an excellent respite for chronic stress or tension in the shoulders and upper spine.

5. Dhanurasana
Dhanurasana or the Bow Pose is one of the 12 basic Hatha Yoga poses. It is also one of the three main back stretching exercises. It gives the entire back a good stretch, thus imparting flexibility as well as strength to the back. This pose is so called because it looks like an archer's bow, the torso and legs representing the body of the bow, and the arms the string.
